At Castelli Marble, we stand behind the quality of our premium natural stone and tile products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled materials in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team or visit our showroom to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Materials

  Carefully repackage the tiles or slabs in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all pieces are secure to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Arrange for freight shipping to our warehouse or personally deliver the items to our designated return center with your RMA documentation clearly displayed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
