Do you offer samples of your marble and stone?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples before making a final decision. Since marble is a natural product, variations in veining and color are expected, and a sample provides a tangible representation of the quality.
How is the stone shipped to ensure it doesn't break?
We use specialized heavy-duty crating and professional freight carriers experienced in handling fragile stone. All shipments are fully insured and secured on pallets to prevent movement during transit.
Does my natural stone need to be sealed?
Yes, we recommend sealing all natural stone products upon installation. This protects the porous surface from stains and moisture. We offer professional-grade sealants specifically formulated for Castelli Marble products.
What is your return policy for tile and slabs?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-cut slabs and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Can I use your marble products for outdoor applications?
Many of our natural stones are suitable for outdoor use, but it depends on your specific climate and the stone's porosity. We recommend consulting with our experts to ensure the material meets your regional weather requirements.
How do I calculate how much material I need to order?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% 'waste factor' to account for cuts, breakage, and future repairs. Your installer can provide the most accurate measurements for your specific layout.
